Hikers can place a transport request on the app by entering their Place of departure, End-destination, Departure Date, Departure Time and Fee they are willing to pay directly from the mobile app and Vehicle Owners will be able to search for Hikers to travel with according to trip information captured by Hikers.
Vehicle Owners can enter their Place of Departure, End-Destination, Departure Date, Departure Time, Number of Passenger Seats Available and Trip Cost per Passenger directly from the mobile app. Hikers will be able to search for available transportation according to the trip information captured by Vehicle Owners.
Hikers and drivers will “start” the trip with the touch of a button to enable GPS tracking throughout the trip, and once the trip has been completed, the hiker and driver will “complete” the trip with the touch of a button to enable the system to count the trip as complete and that it did take place safely and successfully.
Hikers and Drivers are able to communicate with each other via our in app chat module where they can discuss details of the trip or negotiate fares etc.
Our app has a built-in fare calculator where the cost of the trip will be worked out based on the trip distance. Payments can be made safely and securely.
